What is the FM Program?
Because CRS continues to be committed to value added service
as well as the best pricing, we are offering at NO CHARGE
a B/W digital printer to be located within
your facility.
There is no lease agreement, service/maintenance charge, no
consumable fees (paper/toner) or any hidden costs whatsoever
associated with this program.
The client simply offers the space (5’w x 3’d),
and the power source (115v). We will network the printer
just like the other printers/plotters you currently have.
Now the ability for top quality “check plots”
and “initial plan sets” is efficient and economical,
not to mention all of it being done on the latest in digital
blackline printing technology.
Billing is simply based on square feet printed. It’s
that simple.
Who qualifies for the program?
In order to qualify for the program, you the client
must generate at least 5000 sq.ft., monthly, worth of “in-house”
printing. That translates into roughly 30 – 24”x
36” prints daily based on a 22 day work month.
What type of printer would be installed?
Here at our office we run 2 Océ 9800s and a KIP 8000. As an authorized
KIP Dealer we can assist you in selecting the right KIP product to fit your
needs. The Starprint 2035 STF is a 3 roll printer. With a KIP 2050 Scanner
it can scan and print 4 Arch D-Size pages per minute at 400dpi. These are
state of the art B/W digital printers.
If you have a preference for an Océ machine, we have contacts in the
industry whom can assist you with that product line.
What does CRS provide?
We will routinely maintenance and service the machine. Maintenance
calls will be responded to within 8 working hours. We will
provide all printing medias i.e. Vellum, Presentation Bond,
Regular Bond etc. as well as toner.
What is my cost for the program?
You will be charged a flat rate based on sq. ft. printed during
the course of each month. This discussion will take place
on a one on one basis. Realize that pricing is based on 20#
regular bond. There is an additional cost for different medias
beyond the standard bond. The flat rate will apply to all
medias printed on the printer.
